How to prepare Sea Moss:
1. Set aside the desired amount of seamoss. Please note the seamoss will double or triple in size
2. Clean seamoss thoroughly to get rid of excess salt and debris
3. Allow seamoss to soak in spring water for a minimum of 6 hrs, up to 24 hours in a large bowl, allowing for expansion. In between soaking, you may thoroughly rinse the seamoss again to get rid of any excess salt and debris
4. After 24 hrs of soaking, the seamoss should be nearly triple in size
5. Blend seamoss with spring water until the desired consistency is achieved
6. Place the product in the fridge for approximately 3 to 4 weeks
